Askio AI is a free, ad-supported AI assistant with optional in-app purchases. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms. AI responses may be inaccurate, and Askio is not affiliated with OpenAI, ChatGPT or Google.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Askio AI ("the App") on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App; some AI features are intended for older users.
Askio uses third-party AI models to generate answers, images, summaries and voice replies from what you send. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive, and is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice. Verify important information independently and use your own judgement. You are responsible for how you use AI output.
Askio is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google or any AI provider. You keep the rights you have in the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. Do not submit unlawful content or content that infringes others' rights, and do not use the App to generate illegal, harmful or abusive material.
The App is free and supported by advertising, and some features use coins or a free quota. Optional in-app purchases and subscriptions (such as coins or a premium tier) are sold through Google Play Billing; prices and terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends — manage in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Google Play; used coins are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App (except where such restriction is prohibited by law), to circumvent its billing or security features, or to use it unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 10.00.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy. You also agree to comply with all applicable export-control laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
